Default Charger, European & N.American

My (British) cell phone charger made by Alcatel
(model S002EB0450035) is marked as follows:
240 volts
50/60 Hz; 100 mA
SEC 4.5v; 350 mA

What does the third line mean (in case I want
to use a 120-volt charger in N.America) ?
Does this unit charge at 100 mA or 350 mA ?

On the primary side at 240 V it takes 100 mA max.
On the secondary side at 4,5 V it gives 350 mA max.

The 110 V Charger should give 350 mA secondary.
The primary value is not important for you.
