Cect P169 Gsm Internet Connection?

hi i have just recived my cect p168 unlocked phone, i can make and recive calls text messages voice mail but i cant acess the internet i belive it is not setup, im in usa nc, what do i enter in the phone so i can access the internet like it did from my razr phone?plz help?????????? cingular user
