Is it possible to create another newsgroup? "Alt.cellular.navas". This will
be the newsgroup where everyone can get all of their questions regarding all
cellular phones, providers, and services. Navas can run this newsgrouop and
post his charter there. What do you think? Can someone please create this
newsgroup so that Navas will have his own newsgroup and can go there any not
bother anyone?
